We deliver when we say we will, and stay in touch with you by phone if required on the day of delivery.
Once we've agreed a delivery date with you, our delivery team will call you two working days before and give you a 2-4 hour window for the arrival of your order. So no waiting in all day!
We make our beds using traditional, hard wearing mortise & tenon joints. This allows the frame to be disassembled & reassembled as needed without affecting the frames stability, or the ten year guarantee.

Apart from a fantastic product and a pleasant shopping experience wandering around your showroom in Camden, I just wanted to say that the best thing about Warren Evans is the service. In particular, we would like to extend our thanks to Charlie (a lady at the Camden branch) who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, but without being pushy in any way. We appreciated this very much. Whilst many companies make a point of saying they have great customer service, it so often does not turn out to be the case. Please pass on our comments to Charlie and be assured that we have already spread the word about Warren Evans to colleagues and friends.
