our workshop

all our wooden bed frames and furniture are put together by hand in our london workshop. that means we have complete control over materials, quality and finish. we also have a working environment that strives to make a difference, using skilled craftspeople.

as soon as you place your order, we get to work on your handmade bed. we finish it for you in around three days. that's the way we've been working for over 30 years - our high levels of service and value have brought us massive customer loyalty. we have recently moved our bed production to walthamstow, to give us an efficient and pleasant space to concentrate on making beds and furniture the best way we can.

our stain colours and lacquer treatments are also applied here, making up a significant part of the overall time it takes to put a bed together. our commitment to a sustainable business model means that investment in our workshops is a key part of how we aim to make better products, at lower prices, while looking after our staff, our business, and the environment.
