Delivery & customer service
When we deliver your pine bed, we avoid using plastic or cardboard packaging and wrap your pine bed in blankets to protect it. When we do have to use this kind of packing when delivering our pine beds, we make sure to re-use it and then recycle. We also deliver when you want it so you don’t have to be put out when getting your pine bed set up.After we arrive at your home, our delivery team will make sure to protect your flooring by removing their shoes and putting down blankets when setting up your pine bed. We’ll then assemble your new pine bed in the room you wish so you don’t have to worry about building it yourself. This way your pine bed will be set up the right way and will be ready to use without any effort on your part!
For a small fee when we deliver your pine bed, we can also take away your old beds. In our workshop, we pull apart and recycle all the bits of the mattresses so nothing is left that can be recycled. Recently we have also teamed up with Big Issue to give beds to Big Issue sellers who have established themselves in a flat.
