Dear Warren, We just wanted to say thank you for our yummy new (enormous!) bed. You make bed buying very easy. We're a bit confused - Where was all the hassle we'd have got from a large faceless national company? Surely you should have put us on hold for ages, then not delivered when you said you would and then eventually turn up with the wrong product. Anyway, thanks for doing none of the above.
