You are very unique in providing a personalized service to your customers and deliver exactly as you promise and that is what many companies struggle to achieve. I have never come across staff that wouldn't smile at me (in your Shoreditch showroom or over the phone) and delivery men would not be taken aback by delivering big pieces even to the top floor flat. They just simply dismantled and then assembled all big pieces together in a very short time, watching carefully my white walls so there was no scratch anywhere as bit of moving was required.
