all our bed frames are guaranteed for 10 years, which means we'll repair or replace them in the unlikely event of wood splitting, slats breaking or joints snapping.

your bed frame will look good for many years with little maintenance other than an occasional wipe with a damp cloth.

if your bed features an upholstered headboard or footboard, you may want to use a dry foam shampoo to clean it. please note that our upholstered items are carefully stitched to your bed frame, and are not removable. your ten year guarantee applies to the wooden bed frame, and does not cover normal wear and tear or damage to the fabric.

when moving your bed to another home or another room, please dismantle and reassemble it (it's a bit of a chore, but worth it). otherwise, the screws may get bent in transit, which could affect your guarantee.
