just a quick note to say thank you for the service. and what excellent service it was. i had to keep pushing the date back, as i was having problems with the flooring company delaying my project - and we could not get the bed in before the floor! no matter how many times i did this (several) the guys at the columbia road store were only too happy to change it , without hassle, even at late notice. and they were always friendly, calm and well informed. then the delivery guys arrived - polite - on time - friendly - happy to deal with my awkward lift, built the bed in minutes - a model service. hi fives for you guys - Warren should be proud of the whole team! well done you - still a big fan (having used you to buy 3 beds previously) best regards jonathan

Very good service from sales to delivery. Very happy with the new bed and my old Warren Evans bed was given a new lease of life with new slats that the delivery men fitted without any problem. Thanks for a positive experience!

You guys were so cheery, I was a bit suspicious. But then it was all over in a flash! The bed is so gorgeous and the mattress, wonderful. Thought the whole thing was too pricey but glad I gave it a go, worth every penny. Would definitely think of buying a wardrobe and other furnitures as well. Highly recommended. Thanks!

I'm impressed! Two great nights sleep on our new Mozart bed with a Sienna Pocket Sprung mattress. Top quality. To think I nearly bought my mattress separately elsewhere -what a mistake that would have been -the mattress is sumptuous! I'm no longer waking up in the middle of the night but sleeping right through -what a great purchase - recommended. My only disappointment is I'd love to see a Warren Evans label somewhere on the bed or mattress - am I sad or what?!

We bought a Warren Evans bed about 25 years ago on the recommendation of a friend. We now live in Belgium and haven't been able to find a worthy replacement here. We still love our bed and it still gives us the best nights sleep, but sadly it's beginning to show its age. Must be one of our best buys though!
