Our products are very solidly made, and for your peace of mind we guarantee every bed we sell.
All our handmade wooden bed frames are guaranteed for 10 YEARS, which means we'll come to you to repair or replace them in the unlikely event of wood splitting, slats breaking or joints snapping.
Please note that your ten year guarantee applies to the wooden bed frame only, and in the case of upholstered beds, does not cover normal wear and tear, staining or fading of fabric.
Care: When moving your bed to another home or another room, please dismantle and reassemble it (it's a bit of a chore, but worth it). Otherwise, the screws may get bent in transit, which could affect your guarantee.
Mattresses & Pillows
A 15 year guarantee on:
Total Memory mattress, Perfect Memory mattress, Tempur 15cm mattress, Tempur 22cm Deluxe mattress, Tempur 20cm mattress
Care: There is no need to turn these memory foam-based mattresses. In fact, you shouldn't turn them because the layer of memory foam needs to stay on top.
A 10 year guarantee on:
Organic Essence mattress, Organic Serene mattress, Response Coil mattress
Care: Please remember to turn your Organic mattress once a month, alternating between turning it from end to end and from side to side. This little monthly task will ensure that your mattress maintains its orthopaedic properties and supports you in comfort.
The Response Coil mattress does not need to be turned.
A 5 year guarantee on:
Contract mattress, Luxury mattress, Tuscany mattress, Victorian mattress, Grand mattress, Harmony mattress, Sienna mattress, Organic Natra mattress

Bedroom Furniture
All our furniture is guaranteed for 10 YEARS. We'll repair or replace any item in the unlikely event of wood splitting, hinges breaking or joints snapping.
Traditional dovetail joints are used for strength, and our products are carefully built by hand.
Children's Beds
Our children's beds are guaranteed for a whopping ten years - by which time they'll probably be grown ups anyway.
These beds will withstand pretty much any punishment your kids can dish out, but do remember to dismantle and reassemble your bed if you move it. If you move it while still assembled, this can bend the screws and affect your guarantee.
