walk into any of our stores and you will be greeted with a warm friendly smile by our highly trained team of sales advisors. at warren evans customer service is of utmost importance to us as it is to you, this is why a member of our sales team will greet you upon entry, introduce themselves and ask how they can help make your visit an enjoyable, timeless experience.
they will take you around the store and provide you with all you need to know about our beds, mattresses, furniture and delivery. if you would like to take the tour on your own, you will be left alone until you require some assistance. we will offer our expert advice once it is asked for, and will never hound or hassle you to buy a bed, remember we are here to help.
if you have made your decision a member of our sales team will sit down with you and go through your order and secure the most convenient delivery date for you (and that works for us too). if you need time to think it over, we can do a quote which will secure any deals that we are running just in case it comes to a close before you arrive at your decision, but that does not mean that you are obligated to buy anything. when you have reached a decision you can call us or order online which ever is more convenient for you.
