Deck Your Bedroom This Christmas
3 dec 2012
Deck your bedroom and win!
There’s no place like home to indulge in mince pies and mulled wine, especially if you’ve brought in mistletoe, poinsettia, tinsel, baubles and plenty of other festive decorations. I love giving bedrooms a festive, cosy or stylish makeover this time of year and am always looking for new ideas, especially those that add a bit of festive spirit to my wooden beds! That’s why I’m holding a bedroom decorating contest for bloggers this year.
How do you decorate your bedroom for the holiday season?
Are there stockings at the end of your bed? Wreaths or candles in your window? Do you finally bring out that festive quilt or duvet cover?
The blogger with the most festive bedroom will win a Riverford Christmas Hamper.
Entering the competition is as easy as minced pie. All you need to do to compete for this luxurious hamper is:
1. Blog about how you decorate your bedroom for the season. I’d love to see pictures!
2. Tell your readers you’re entering the competition and include a link to this page;
3. Email the URL of your entry to firstname.lastname@example.org before 17 December 2012.
I look forward to seeing how you revamp your bedroom. Good luck!

I've never been asked to brag about how I decorate a room before, but what the heck . . . it's brilliant, a deep purple all-over emulsion on one wall, and a huge mural of a Victorian Father Christmas on another, with the others of course painted bright red.
