At Warren Evans we pride ourselves on the level of craftsmanship and the quality of materials that go into our products, however in the unlikely event that your product is faulty we are happy to offer a full refund, exchange or replacement. If for any other reason you are not happy with your Warren Evans products, we may be able to assist. Please contact us on 020 7693 8988.

Mattresses

120 Nights Mattress Trial

We understand it can take time to adjust to a new mattress. This is why we offer an authentic '120 night mattress trial' on all our Warren Evans mattresses (excluding all Warren Evans Memory foam mattresses and Tempur Memory foam mattresses).

The trial starts on the date of delivery or self-collection of your mattress. At any point during this period, please feel free to contact our Customer Services on 020 7693 8988 to discuss your requirements, get advice or arrange an exchange.

We only exchange items once and only after a customer has visited one of our showrooms to view and try their chosen alternatives.

Excludes customised or adjusted mattresses.

21 day ‘no quibble’ returns policy

Our 21 day ‘no quibble’ returns policy is exactly that.

Try your Warren Evans mattress for 21 days (removing all packaging); if you are not completely satisfied you can return your mattress for a full refund or exchange. No questions asked. (Excludes Tempur & Warren Evans Memory Foam/Latex products)

At Warren Evans, we know that it can take time to adjust to a new mattress. Whilst we are confident that you will love your Warren Evans mattress, our 21 day ‘no quibble’ returns policy gives you added peace of mind should you not be completely satisfied.

We only exchange items once and only after a customer has visited one of our showrooms to view and try their chosen alternatives.

Most retailers ask that you return any mattress in its original packaging and that the mattress must be unused. However, at Warren Evans we understand that it is not possible to truly experience the quality of your mattress, without removing the packaging (which we will also take away and dispose of in an environmentally friendly way, free of charge).  

If you are not completely satisfied with your mattress within the 21 day trial period, please contact our Customer Services team on 020 7693 8988 for more information and next steps.

Frames & Furniture

At Warren Evans we pride ourselves on the level of craftsmanship and the quality of materials that go into our products. All our frames and furniture come with a 10 year guarantee, however in the unlikely event that your product is faulty please contact our customer services team on 020 7693 8988 for more information and next steps.

Please note: We reserve the right to request clear photographs of all items customers wish to return or exchange before we agree to set up a returns order.

Refunds are not authorised until we have confirmation – usually the next working day after collection - that we have received the items.

Any customised or adjusted products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless deemed faulty.

Bedding & Pillows

We will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund if the products are returned in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging and we are notified within 28 days of delivery.

If you are returning bedding or pillows to a showroom, you will need to provide the sales team with your sales order and receipt and return the bedding or pillows within 28 days of delivery.
