Conditions of Sale
  1. All of our products are handmade to order. All wood species can react to sunlight and expand and contract due to changes in temperature and humidity. Finishes are applied to the exterior of our beds, drawers and furniture. Due to the nature of the materials used, finishes may vary.

  2. Mattress and frame sizes are manufactured in feet and inches to a tolerance of +/- one inch. All measurements in centimetres are approximations. Beds are described and manufactured in terms of the size of the mattress required.

  3. We are prepared to deliver goods to any site over good roads within our delivery area. Responsibility will pass to the purchaser as soon as the goods leave our vehicle and a signature has been obtained even when the signature is not that of the purchaser.

  4. All our prices are inclusive of VAT.

  5. Our guarantee covers defective workmanship and materials; it does not cover wear and tear or natural aging.

  6. It is our customer’s responsibility to check that all the details on the order form are correct, including the exact specifications of the product and delivery details.

  7. For all frames, mattresses and furniture, cancelled before delivery, we will retain 25% of the cancelled order value to offset our manufacturing and administration costs. If you have had your frame, mattress or furniture item delivered and have changed your mind, this will incur a 50% cancellation charge and a delivery/collection charge. Any customised or adjusted products are nonrefundable.

  8. Your chosen delivery date will be subject to your delivery area and availability at the time.

  9. Delivery charge is subject to agreement.

  10. We request payment in full at the time of order. Goods cannot be delivered or collected from our trade counters at Walthamstow, until full payment has been received.

  11. Goods are available for collection from our trade counters at Walthamstow between 8.30am and 12pm, Monday-Friday. Collection address: Unit 4, Entrance C, Uplands Business Park, Blackhorse Lane, London, E17 5QJ.

  12. Trade accounts must be set up one month prior to goods being dispatched. All goods remain ours until payment has been received in full. Credit accounts are subject to approval upon receipt of a completed trade credit account application form and credit references.

  13. Pricing, delivery dates and terms may vary subject to order.
