  • We offer the following delivery options

    Daytime deliveries (7:30am to 6pm) are for all our products and are £28.

    Evening deliveries (6pm to 11pm) are for all our products (excluded bedding only orders) Monday to Friday for £44 on selected days and postcodes. Evening delivery is for customers living within and around the M25. Of course, you may opt for a daytime delivery if evenings don’t suit you.

    We also offer postal delivery for bedding only purchases from £8.

    3 days before delivery:

    • A text to confirm your delivery date
    • An email to confirm your delivery date and time 
      Daytime deliveries also offer you a 3-hour window of time

    Delivery Options 

    Daytime deliveries 7.30am to 6pm

    All products; selected postcodes in South of England 
    • We offer daytime deliveries for all our products. 
    • Assembly and Installation to the room of your choice is FREE and all the packaging will be taken away and recycled free of charge. 
    • At the point of ordering you can pay an additional £20 per item to remove any bed or mattresses that our new products are replacing and we will have them recycled. 
    • We aim to deliver your goods within 9 days or less, although some upholstered beds and some Tempur mattresses may take longer. 
    • Daytime deliveries operate throughout London and the South of England, Monday – Friday, 7:30am-6pm with a 3 hour window of time offered 3 days before delivery. 

    Evening deliveries 6pm to 11pm

    All Products (excluded bedding only orders): within and around the M25 area
    • We offer evening deliveries for all our products (excluded bedding only orders).
    • Assembly and Installation to the room of your choice is FREE and all the packaging will be taken away and recycled free of charge. 
    • At the point of ordering you can pay an additional £20 per item to remove any bed or mattresses that our new products are replacing and we will have them recycled. 
    • We deliver your goods on the date you chose when ordering ( which tends to be within 9 days or less, although some upholstered beds and Tempur mattresses take longer.) 
    • Evening deliveries are available for customers living within and around the M25 and take place Monday – Friday, 6pm - 11pm on selected days and postcodes (of course, you may opt for a daytime delivery if evenings don’t suit you).
    *Any orders under £114 will carry an additional £12 surcharge on the original delivery fee.

    Confirmation of Delivery Time 

    Once you have selected your delivery date, you will receive the following notifications:

    3 days before delivery:

    • A text to confirm your delivery date
    • An email to confirm your delivery date and time 
      Daytime deliveries offer you a 3-hour window of time

    1 day before delivery:

    • A further email reminder of your delivery date and time 

    On the day of delivery:

    • A call 1 hour before your delivery is due to arrive

    Please use our online postcode checker to see which areas we deliver to and available delivery dates.

    Our deliveries are to most of South and South East England and we are currently unable to deliver to postcodes which are not stated in our Terms and conditions.

    Whilst we will always try to accommodate requests for a preferred delivery window, this cannot be guaranteed. Our sales staff are also unable to influence this decision. Please do not make your purchase on the basis of a pre-allocated 3 hour window of time as this cannot be guaranteed in advance. 

    Collections

    If you wish to collect your products, please do so from our London workshop. Please contact our Customer Services team for more information on 020 7693 8988 or see our collections page above for details.

    Environmental Disposal 

    • We also offer an award winning environmentally-friendly, full recycling disposal service of your old bed(s) and mattress(es) from your house.
    • It is a like for like service – if we supply a bed, we will take away a bed, and if we supply a mattress we take a mattress etc.  We are unable to dispose of any other furniture or items.
    • The cost to dispose of each individual item is £20
    • If you have chosen to use our environmental disposal service, we require you to dismantle your bed frame before we arrive with your delivery.
    • We cannot return your old bed or mattress, once they have been removed.
    • At Warren Evans, all the old mattresses that we collect are broken down into their valuable component parts which are then recycled and turned into new products within the manufacturing industries
    • In 2015, we recycled 4760 old mattresses saving 82 tonnes of waste from landfill sites.

    Please be aware - Tempur stock update

    We always aim to offer a prompt delivery service on all of our beds, furniture and mattresses. However, at this point in time there are some stock issues with Tempur UK, meaning that approximately  1 in 4 mattresses  orders are currently delivered late to our warehouse. Should this happen , we will contact you immediately (even if your delivery is due the next day) to inform you of the delay, and the expected rescheduled delivery date. The current scenario is a 2-3 week approximate delay on the original delivery date shown on the website.

    As soon as your mattress order is ‘in hand’ we will reschedule you for delivery as the top priority. Should you have any other goods on order they will be carefully stored until the can be delivered with your mattress.
